Refund Policy

Because Web Glow Update provides a digital design service, not a physical product, this policy explains how refunds, cancellations, revisions and handovers are handled in a fair and transparent way while meeting Klarna’s minimum 14-day requirements.

Refund Eligibility (14-Day Policy)
You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no work has started yet.
Once work begins, the service becomes non-refundable, as time, labour and digital assets are immediately invested into your project.
Work is considered started when any of the following occur:
-
Your Shopify theme has been duplicated
-
Initial design layout or planning has begun
-
Any page, section or brand elements have been edited or created
-
Communication outlining the design direction has been actioned
If none of the above have been started, a full refund is available within 14 days.

If Work Has Already Started
If any work has been carried out, the service is non-refundable, even within the 14-day period.
This is standard for digital services under UK consumer law.
However, you will still receive:
-
Full project delivery
-
Revision support
-
A polished, completed redesign

7-Day Post-Handover Support
After we complete your store and hand it over to you, you receive 7 days of free support.
This includes:
-
Minor edits
-
Adjustments
-
Fixes
-
Guidance and help navigating your updated site
After 7 days, the project is considered complete.

Revisions & Adjustments
We always ensure you are happy with your redesign.
Before handover, we will:
-
Review the updated site with you
-
Make reasonable revisions based on your feedback
-
Ensure the store meets the agreed direction
Large structural changes or anything outside the original brief may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days if no work has started.
Once work begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to the nature of customised digital labour.
