Full payment is required before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time.

Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, as each service is bespoke and time-based.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete your website review or update, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate Shopify store details

  • Accept the collaborator request (to grant temporary access to your store)

  • Communicate clearly regarding any design preferences or changes
    You are responsible for maintaining your own Shopify account security at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

All design work, graphics, and written content created by Web Glow Update remain our intellectual property until the project is completed and final payment has been made.
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website design passes to you, the client.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with Web Glow Update (including store data, analytics, and customer information) will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our services.
We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to improve your website’s design, speed, and performance, Web Glow Update cannot guarantee specific financial results, sales increases, or conversion outcomes.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website updates or changes made with your consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information is provided

  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally

  • Collaboration access is revoked before completion of work

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
