How to Give Me Collaborator Access to Your Shopify Store

(Full Instructions – Please Follow Step by Step)

Step 1 — Find Your Shopify (myshopify.com) URL

I need your primary Shopify domain, not your normal website address.

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin

2. Go to Settings

3. Click Domains

4. At the top, you will see your .myshopify.com domain
   Example: yourstore.myshopify.com

Please copy and send that to me.

Step 2 — Send Me Your Collaborator Code

Shopify requires a code to prevent spam access requests.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings

2. Click Users and Permissions

3. Scroll to Collaborators

4. You will see your Collaborator Request Code

Please copy and send me that code along with your myshopify.com URL.

Step 3 — Wait for My Access Request

Once I have:

• your myshopify.com URL

• and your collaborator code
  I will send a collaborator request to your store.

Step 4 — Approve My Access Request

After I send the request:

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin

2. Go to Settings

3. Click Users and Permissions

4. Select Collaborators

5. You will see a pending request from me

6. Click Approve

You can review exactly what permissions I have before approving.

Step 5 — You're in Full Control

You can remove my access at any time:

Settings → Users and Permissions → Collaborators → Remove

No personal details such as payment information, addresses, or card details are ever visible to collaborators.
