Service terms

These terms explain the basic way Web Glow Update services are supplied. Final project scope is agreed before work starts.

Scope

The package description and any written agreement made before payment define the work included. Anything outside that agreed scope may need a separate quote.

Access and duplicate themes

Where Shopify theme work is involved, I normally work on a duplicate theme so the live store can continue trading until changes are approved.

Client content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the images, logos, reviews, copy and other materials you ask me to place on your store.

Third-party services

Shopify, apps, payment providers and other third-party platforms have their own terms, availability and charges. Their services are not controlled by Web Glow Update.

Project specifics

Before paying for a package, use the free audit or WhatsApp if you need confirmation that the service fits your store.
